Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using parkthrone.com, domainthrone.lol, or any DomainThrone lander (the “Service”), or by paying for a homepage placement, you agree to these Terms and the Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or pay.
2. What we sell
DomainThrone sells a time-limited paid homepage placement on selected parked domains. You are buying advertising space for up to 24 hours (or until outbid), not the domain name, not a lease of the domain registration, and not any intellectual property in the domain.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Successful charges are final and non-refundable, including when you are later outbid, when a placement is vacated for Rules violations, or when a domain is temporarily offline.
4. Your content & conduct
You are solely responsible for your URL, pitch, and any landing page you point to. You represent that you have the rights to promote that destination and that it complies with law and our Rules. We may remove or refuse placements at our discretion.
5. No guarantees
We do not guarantee traffic, conversions, uptime, SEO benefit, or uninterrupted service. The Service is provided “as is.”
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific placement giving rise to the claim in the 24 hours before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms, the Rules, pricing, or inventory. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
